Event Cancellation
Hi everybody,
my name is Neil and I am the President of the volunteer Board for Sudbury Graphic-Con.
For the last several weeks, we have been working diligently in the background monitoring the evolving situation around COVID-19.
We’ ve come to the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Graphic-Con scheduled for June 13th, 2020.
We are continuing to look into alternative ideas and events for this year so make sure you are following us on social media and keep an eye out for changes to our website so you do not miss out on any information.
The safety of you, our attendees as well as our exhibitors and volunteers is our top priority.
In the meantime, please continue to follow these guidelines.
- Maintain a physical distance of two metres from anyone that does not live in your household;
- Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds using soap and water (and often). Only use hand sanitizer if you are out of the house and do not have access to soap and water;
- Restrict gatherings to no more than 5 people;
- Anyone returning to Canada must self-isolate for 14 days
- Please pick up the phone and call your family and friends.
Until we see you next, stay safe everyone at home and on the job, so I do not see you at my job.
